Need to write a reference and suffering baby brain

My awesome nanny has asked me to write a reference and I don't know where to start. I've put off writting it for a couple of months now. I really want to help her out by writting an amazing, glowing reference but baby brain is curtailing my efforts.
So I want to ask, what's the best thing that's ever been written/said about you in a reference or the best thing you've ever read/heard about a nanny/CM?

faultlessly reliable,trustworthy,a real gem,relaxed and warm,resourseful,friendly,sensible,efficent,totally dependable,wonderful cook,loyal,hardworking,punctual,tireless,enthusiastic,part of the family,thes are some of the words in my references.my references all mention how i encourage children to socialise and learn etc hope these words jolt your baby brain good luck

Thanks so much andagain- this is brilliant. Kind of makes me sad that I can't be as brilliant as the nanny! I always seem too tired to get creative. We used to do lots of painting and colouring. But now my DD is 18 months she takes a lot of energy. I struggle with wanting to be mary poppins and be there 100% and also with wanting to get some sanity and head back to work (currently freelancing a little a couple of days a week).

my great references said things like the children would far rahhre play with her then watch tv, she looked after them as her own or name all sorts of activities i have done with them.
