Hi
Please can you help us? Does anyone know of a great nanny for us? If so, please let us know.

We live in Stalham, Norfolk, UK about 14 miles outside Norwich, a village on the Broads and we have 3 children ? a boy of 5, a girl of 4 and a baby boy of just 4 months!
We are looking for a person who is energetic and positive in outlook and whose style of childcare embodies positive parenting methods. An NNEB qualification is desirable but not essential ? relevant experience is, however, important. The successful candidate will have a driver's licence and be a non-smoker.
We value stability and commitment and we are therefore looking to find a Nanny who desires a longer term position with the right family. Our current Nanny, who has been with us for the past 6 years, is leaving us only because she wishes to develop her career in another direction.
The position would commence in January 2006 (possibly earlier).
If you know of such a person - please get in touch
Many thanks

I hope I've put this question in the right place? Is there anywhere else I can ask?

Hi Authormum - Lots of luck finding your nanny

I'm fairly local to you (Fleggburgh) so if you want a chat ever.....?

This is a good place to advertise but have a look at here? as well - if you haven't already

Try posting your position on NannyJob, giving as many details as you can so you only speak to those who like/meet all your requirements.

Good Luck.

Haven't been yet - I practically live in Lathams (well not at the week-end when the tourists were around - and not much in the week, cos I work 10.5 hrs a day)

Where do you shop?

I LOOOOOVE Lathams! But ration myself - like an addiction, so feel perversely pious when I dont go there, so havent been there for aeons either but this IS good - am overrun with soft furnishings etc. certainly not in need of any more, regardless of how bargainous they are. Also love The Pier but clearly this is even worse, so avoid it too.

It's the children's books for me - esp the jigsaw books I love them!!!!

And maybe just a bit of soft furnishing there is a rug atm I really want but it's £60..which is horrendous for there
