Transportation of 3 small children - would a twin buggy and buggy board be ok?

Hi, I was just wondering if any one else uses a side by side twin buggy with a buggy board. Or perhaps has some good ideas. I will have 22 month old twins and a 1.5 year old who is not yet walking.
This will only be for one day a week.
Suggestions welcomed - on this day I will have a school run, so a slow casual walk wouldn't be possible.

I used to have 4 under 18 months old some days and for this I would use a triple buggy and a sling. As the older ones got nearer 2, I changed to the double buggy and little backpacks with straps on the other 2 which I hooked to the pram or wrapped round my wrist and got them to hold on. I've never used a buggy board as was worried about going up curbs and them falling or them being unpredictable etc. I must say that the 2 x 2 year olds (once that age) could on occasion think it's funny to mess around and then it was very hard to get back to the car with them all. I went back to the triple buggy and put the worst behaved one in during that 'phase'. My triple is an O Baby side by side and I thought it was fab as folded pretty small for a triple. I'd say it depends on how the twins are at walking and how they behave as to what you do. If you go with the buggy board, maybe make sure you have some kind of harness with you just in case.

id suggest a back back (that you wear) for the smallest... or at least taking it so if any become uncooperative you can have 2 in buggy and 1 on back

A buggy board will not work with the younger child and touch and go with 22mths imo. I have a bibi strolli comfort plus which is like a bike that attaches to the side of the pushchair. Its much easier to walk with compared to a buggy board as it is besdie you,not in front. Plus it is sutiable from 15 months as has a high back seat with belt. They have loads of differant fixings so suit loads of differant pushchairs.

I used a twin buggy with buggyboard. The two in buggy were babies (3 and 6 months) so light. The one on the buggyboard was just 2. She was fine and never had issues with curbs or anything. I was lucky and child wasn't difficult and so would just stand nicely though!

Choose your buggy board with care - some of them say not to be used by children under 30 months!
