Or do you start from scratch? I thought I could google and find something to add on/build on but Ive been googling for hours and have found nothing.

Its to try and encourage healthy lunch boxes.. Without offending any parents who wish to still give the kids crisps and choocy lollys..

Blame OFSTED - say they have decided that lunchs should have a protein, a carbohydrate, and at least 2 fruit/veg - or you'll be struck off

How about you are working of the different fruits from around the world and could they all have some fruit ion their lunchbox (this is why I cook - I couldn't bear to watch them eat crap)
