Au pair wages - what should I pay?

I haven't done this in years, so quickly checking before drafting job offers.

Au Pair 30 hrs per week, three school aged children, just general au pair duties, no sole charge. What's the going rate at the moment? We are in the South West.

Somewhere round £70 - £90, depending on what else is on offer (i.e. gym membership, phone, quality of accommodation, car use, etc.)

That's about right, subject to appropriate access to transport appropriate to the location - ie if you are in the centre of Exeter no problem, but in the middle of Dartmoor you are going to have to give her (non-exclusive) use of a car and in a Bristol suburb a bus pass.
