Why oh why can't parents all use the same scheme!

A parents company has changed providers so I have just registered with these.

So then, any horror stories?

Nope, all fine here, kiddivouchers seem ok. What kind of horror stories could there be? do some vouchers not pay on time?

childmindermk · 06/05/2011 16:54

Same here, have been using them for a while now with no problems at all.
I think the horror stories come from computershare (formerly Busy Bees)!
So as long as you steer clear of them you should be fine, we have never had any problems with any of the other voucher companies and we are registered and using lots of different ones!

All fine here as an employer and had no reports of any problems from employee of nursery

They are the best of the schemes that I've used.
Switched to them last year. V straightforward for us and the cm.

No probs with them either .

Use them as a parent, their website is very user friendly and quick. No problems at all on our end (or the other, that I'm aware of).

I think any scheme is only as good as the parent using it. I have a family with computershare and one with kiddivouchers and this week one forgot to authorize the payment, which was an amendmed payment due to hols but it is usually a standard regular payment which I have never had problems with. The other hadn't set up the regular payment properly. But generally no major issues.

looneytune · 07/05/2011 19:45

I'm registered with several and it's only been computershare (busybees) that's given me problems. Kiddivouchers always very good in the past (don't use now)

They are fine.
