How to speak to CM without upsetting her?

Hi there,

I'm after some advice please...

I?ve noticed that when my CM has busy days i.e. days out during the school holidays, my 14 month old comes home with a sore bottom. She always mentions it to me when I pick him up and says she?s put cream on which is great. However I?m concerned that she?s not changing his nappy quickly enough and I feel like I should say something, but I?m not sure how to go about it! I?m a natural born wimp and worrier and I?m worried about upsetting her as otherwise I?m really happy with her care!

What do you think I should say to her?

You could say that you've mentioned it to your HV and she's advised that he's got very sensitive skin and needs to have his nappy changed immediately it becomes wet ie at least 3-4 hourly. That should sort it.

Thank you, I like that idea especially as it'll sound like its not coming for me. Fab. I'm so glad I asked on here. Sorted :)
