Do you put the time they actually leave or the time they are paid till?

And what happens when you pick a child up or drop off at school? What time do you put then?

Thanks!

You put the time that they leave you, not the time paid till. For the schoolies you put in the time that you collect i.e when school finishes and for drop off you put the time that school starts.

I record both the time they actually leave and the time I'm contracted to have them till (I put the contracted hours in brackets).

Re. schoolchildren - I write down the time school starts and when it finishes. If the children go in early in the morning because of bad weather, I write down what time it is.

Don't you just love paperwork ...

Jenny - knew it was you purely from the 'sorry' bit at the end

I asked this exact question not long ago so don't worry. I now do what these guys do!!

I LOVE PAPERWORK!!!

JenumGeranium · 07/11/2005 21:38

Lol! I always feel bad asking such boring but necessary questions! Its just that there is nobody else to ask!

I will take your advice guys - thanks!

I don't mind the paperwork....It's the tax return I keep putting off!!!

JenumGeranium · 07/11/2005 21:54

I havnt had to do one yet?

Are they complicated or just a lot to fill out?

OP posts:

Well it looks complicated from the little bit that I've seen, the upside is that I'm married to an accountant, so he'll do it for me!
