Hi. I am new here and this is my first post.

I have 13month old twins and really need an extra pair of hand for an amount of time during the day. My mum has been helping me since they were born but she is 73 and, whilst fit, she is tired and the strain is showing on us all!
Money is an issue as I have not worked since I was pregnant (I was pretty ill) so this is why my Mum has helped up til now.

I don't know where to start to find help (I want someone to help me at my house) or what role it is I need.

I live in a village between Lincoln and Newark.

Thanks!
Jo

I think what you need is called a mothers help but how common they are in Lincolnshire i don't know - there as a recent thread about finding a nanny which had loads of websites for finding a nanny which would also work for mothers help -the other opition which might be easier to sort and would mean not being an employer - is a childminder - odds on there would be a few in your village - a couple of mornings a week could be a big help maybe?
