Advice needed on how to find a nanny in Islington

Hello, I am an islington based nanny looking for a new family. Can anyone out there tell me how they have gone about finding a nanny in Islington? Many of the agencies seem to be based in SW London and they don't seem to have many jobs in north London on their books. Any advice would be appreciated!

My bro and SIL who live in Islington found their nanny through an advert on Gumtree.
