nursery fees during school holidays?

.... ... are they higher then during the term? someone is telling me they are but i cant believe it?

Would have thought they would be the same. However Nursery Education Funding does not apply, so the cost would go up if the child is aged 3+ as they would not be getting their funded hours deducted. Does that make sense?

It depends how your nursery do it - some apply the funding equallly over the year, some give it out in term time months.

Early Years Funding for 3+ applies term time only. Some nurseries would offset it against the relevant 39 weeks' fees only, others may spread the same total amount across 12 months.
