Looking for a temp nanny job

Hi, I am qualified to a Level 3 in childcare, have a peadiatric first aid certificate and a full clean driving license.
Back in Feburary i worked as a nanny for one week - proxy parenting, this was supposed to be a permanant position but the family changed my work duties when i'd started with them and therefore i brought this up with them and never heard from them since my last day of work in the week. I was thrown in the deep end with them, looking after a 1yo and 3yo, 24/6 not knowing thier full routines, but i managed it, its really common sense but i didnt really know the children!!
I am now looking for a short temporary nanny job just so i can be sure this is the job i want to do. I have always wanted to become a midwife and love working with babies. As i live in Wales there are very little jobs here.
where would be the best place to advertise myself?
Thanks

nannyjob.co.uk although I'm not sure how much demand there is for temp nannies. Most people I know like their nannies to stick around for at least a year or two.

Netmums local, gumtree, childcare.co.uk - you might get holiday work over the summer. Flexibility in location will help, as will being willing to work for less than what the going rate is perceived as.

I would say agency but you don't have enough experience. As strix said most people want nannies to stick around and if they're employing a temp they want someone with a proven track record, because temps are often called in on very short notice where the original arrangement has fallen through and parents want to be 100% sure that the temp will cope.

If you want to be a midwife what's your timescale for applying to university? Are you in the process and therefore potentially around until September or have you not yet applied and potentially have nearly 18 months to fill?
