WELL DONE - you can tell us - and then you've told half the world

jellyjelly · 26/10/2005 16:35

So happy, going to have a glass of wine later and really enjoy it.

Congratulations, it's nice to have "official" acknowledgement that we're not so bad!!

TrulyScrumptious · 27/10/2005 10:57

Well done !

The initial registration inspection was bad enough for me, I'll be terrified when I know my first proper one is due. Hope it goes as well as yours......

I have to find out now how to get an outstanding on all of it now.

A friend of mine had an inspection on this new grading system a few weeks ago (always had a good on the old system) and got an outstanding. Apparantly what made the difference was that she had lots of plans written down about what she was going to do over the next few months.
She had plans of activities she wanted to do, training she was going to do, anything she wanted to purchase eg specific multicultural items she was looking out for or certain books and lots of other things. The inspector said that this is what made her grade outstanding instead of good. (All inspectors are different don't forget so don't know if this will work for everyone).

Good ideas, thanks, will do more of that then. Any other ideas?
