CM Club: starting points form....would anyone like to share theirs?

I am being RAG (Red, Amber, Green) rated today

& I don't have a form for starting points; is anyone in the mood to share theirs?

Katy I just use the grids, on the EYFS disc, colour coded/dates, I take note of parental input and my own obs and give about a fortnight before I assess 'where they are' on the grid IYSWIM

I was crying because I don't have a starting points form!! Good thinking though. Probably because most of mine start at 6 months ish. Something else "to do".
