Babysitter recommendations for Richmond/Kingston areas?

Can anyone recommend an evening babysitter for a 4 month baby in the Richmond/Kingston areas? Just looking to hopefully build up a network of reliable babysitters for the occasionally evening out for dh and me. Thanks.

Depends on exactly where you are. Kingston isn't miles from me, but Richmond is bit more or a trek.

Have you tried looking at the babysitting list over at NannyJob? That would at least help you find babysitters who were within a certain mileage of your home, plus most will be nannies, so easier to find some who are experienced in caring for babies.
