what to do regard s a consevatory

before i start sorry for my grammer and spellings .i am in the process of having a 3x3 square meter consevatory built for use of my own children as a sitting room away from minded children.so not to be used for minding as there ia a large play room for them .i know i have to tell them within 14 days but not sure what to put in eccept a risk assesment and what details do i need to put in

You don't need to tell them anything if it's not being used by the mindees. Just do a risk assessment for the actual building work e.g. having builders/equipment around while you're working.
