I'm sure my dh just rang up and asked if it was ok for me to childmind and was I covered, they added a note to the policy but didn't charge extra.

yes, i think i have sorted it. Some insurers wont cover us at all, but i have found a cheapish policy that covers me. Not for accidental damage mind you. Managed to save £300 from my policy renewal so happy Smile

Yes, but my insurer only charge an extra £16 per annum for the business add on.

I'm not covered for accidental damage that mindees do, however I am covered for damage my daughter does.
