Interactive Tool from BusinessLink

"Based on the information provided, the worker is due 16.8 days' annual leave for the year starting 25 February 2011, though you may choose to offer more than this."

Usually easiest to round up to whole days. So 17 days a year. This can include any bank holidays that fall on a working day.

This can include any bank holidays that fall on a working day.

You can of course decide to offer bank holidays off in addition to statutory holiday.
