7month old and Milk

Baby has 7oz in morning and 7oz at bedtime.
Sleeps from 7pm to 7am.
Has porridge at 10am and comes to me at 10.30.

Mum sends home made food and he has that at 12ish.

She would prefer him not to have a bottle then and she collects at 3.30.

Both days this week, he has wanted a bottle after lunch so I've let him have one

Mum wants him in 3 meals and 2 bottles.

I think he needs one more during the day.
He refuses water.

What do you think ease?

Maybe point out to her that he needs around 20oz of milk until he's 12 months.

at only 7m old id agree that most of his calories should be milk

especially if he wants and drinks it...

can see how she might want to phase out mid day bottle soon but it doesnt sound like he's ready to get rid yet.

they say that for the 1st 12 months milk should be the main "food" and that any solids are a bonus

He should def be having more than 2 bottles a day at 7m.....
I would do as a routine (obv varies between babies but as a guideline)

WAKE
7.00 bottle
8.30 brekkie eg porridge and then offer bottle or beaker with 2-3oz milk
9.30/10.00 ish SHORT SLEEP
12.00 lunch
1.00 ish LONG SLEEP
2.30 ishwhen wakes bottle
5.00 tea
7.00 bottle
BED
