NCMA contract review or re-issue?

Hi,

If a parent ends a contract and then asks for a childminder to care for children again a year later is it ok to do a review on the original form instead of re-issuing a new contract?

I THINK you have to do a new one as the contract was ended. Tbh, it's good to do a new contract every year anyway, I've always been told this anyway.
