Wow, Ofsted've been great!

Just thought it'd be nice to post about Ofsted doing really well, as there often seem to be posts to the contrary.

I asked for a one-off variation (for later this week) on Monday, was sent a form to fill in, which I did by 10.30am. I had a phonecall at 11.20am Tuesday to say the variation had been granted.

It made my life so much easier being able to go back to the parents quickly and tell them it'd be ok. :)

I phoned them one Friday to ask for a new certificate because I had moved house. It arrived the next Tuesday.

I was initially told that it would take 2 weeks. So begged and pleaded and there it was!

Glad to hear OFSTED were good to you, too!

When I moved I had to fill in a really indepth risk assesment and it took them nearly 3 weeks!
