bit worried re my conservatory

just read a thread on here that suggests I should have informed Ofsted if I got a conservatory built. I didnt realise, am I going to get in trouble?

You should not use a room you are not registered to use. Inform them now and send a copy of your risk assessment and they may not want to come and look. I informed them before mine was built, because I needed some advice about the risk of the building work. Better late than never :)

oh buggeration, I really dont fancy a visit from ofsted!

They didn't visit me, but you never know.
