Hi, I would like to buy a good first aid book for my au pair, can you recommend any? Thanks.

The best one I feel is First Aid Manual (DK)

It is advisable to do a course though... even if it's just a very short course, so that there is some practical (well on a dummy) lesson in doing CPR. Contact your local St Johns or Red Cross centre, SureStart Centre or look at evening classes at a local college. Many places will run a short course (Note: the short course is not suitable for Ofsted registration as it does not cover enough topics.)
