How do I charge for Airline staff

I have an enquiry for me to look after 2 mindees aged 3 years and 1 year. It would be every other month for a few days and nights while both parents who are airline staff work. It would sometimes be for 24 hours or two whole days and nights and also it can fall on the weekends depending on rota. Do I charge normal daily rate, then babysitting rate and then night time set fee? Any advice please.

I'd say they get a set number of daily hours they have to pay for regardless of whether they're used or not and a surcharge if it's weekends etc.

How will your spaces cope? Presumably this is taking up 2 of your under 5s FT?
