..had to give notice to family due to their unreasonable demands..they refused to bring child back..started making all sorts up..threatening texts etc..refused to pay notice period fees..threatening to contact ofsted and make stuff up and so on....almost a year and a half later..one court appearance..6 more dates changed (by them) for court..i finally got my day today and after a 2 hour delay got in and was awarded the full amount owed plus interest and loss of earnings for dates theyd cancelled ..to say im releived is an understatementd!
just wanted to let you all know Smile

dobby2001 · 24/01/2011 19:36

So pleased to hear this pinkchick, and fingers crossed you get the money now Smile

PinkChick · 25/01/2011 13:20

Thanks everyone!, the judge gave them the option of paying in instalments but he was adament he wanted 'to pay now'!... So should be with 14 days now as there will be a ccj out for the money now which they really dont want to be enforced! :-) x
