My ex childminder owes me for an entire month of childcare I paid in advance and that she didn't work. We have now parted company.
I have not pushed it due to personal circumstances I was aware of plus not wanting to add to her difficulties but removing a major source of income just before Xmas.
It is now 6 weeks that we have been waiting for a refund. I happened to pass her house for the first time this evening and was gobsmacked to discover that in the time she has not been in touch she has been busy converting her garage!
I am beginning to question whether anything she has told me is true and I am furious at myself for being such a mug for letting myself get drawn into her situation at the expense of my family.
Grrrrr!
