Hi,

I would really appreciate any advice about when I should start looking at CM/nurseries for when I go back to work? DC will be 6 months old when I go back and I do not know how to start finding somewhere where I feel comfortable. I still have lots of time but want to ensure I have looked at all available options.

I have also heard that some nurseries have 18 month waiting lists...?! I live in the Richmond area of London so any advice would be wonderful! I am very new at this but the idea of putting a 6 month old with someone else for 4 full days is quite scary so would really appreciate any words of wisdom!
