How do I find this out? Does anyone else out there live in the Stevenage/WGC area and if so how much do you pay?

We have just interviewed someone who is looking for £10 per hour gross. Is this reasonable?

NannyJob Database, Query: Nanny, Hertfordshire - that may give some indication of what is currently being offered by other people, though it can be hard to tell as not all adverts will give a salary and even when they do they may not say if it is Gross or Net.

£10 gross per hour for a qualified, experienced, live-out nanny sounds about right.

Brilliant, thanks.£10 / hr gross does seem the standard based on that.
