Hi there
My ds is only 15months so not up to speed on funded preschool places. Is it possible to use all your 15 hours over 2 days with a cm?

yes

now you can use upto 10hrs in one day thus allowing you to use the 15hrs in 2 days once your child is 3yrs old (the term after their 3rd birthday)

Right, thanks for clearing that up I thought you could only use 3hrs per day for some reason

yes used to be in the old days 3 hrs per day 5 days a week

then it changed to 3hr sessions and you could use 2 sessions per day

but now they realise that children learn all day even at meal times and to help make vouchers more fexible you can now use upto 10hrs per day Smile

depends on your area I think - where I am it's up to 15 hours a week over a minimum of 3 days (min hours per day 2,5 and max 10) but free hours can be split between 2 providers.
