Looking for a nanny in London SE1

Can anyone recommend a good place to look/advertise for a nanny to work in SE1. Our well loved nanny leaves to have her own baby in April and I dont know where to start looking for a replacement.
Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you looking for a replacement or mat leave cover? Live in or out?

SE1workingmum · 17/01/2011 22:55

Replacement, live out, about 6 or 7 hours a day.

I was going to suggest a candidate, but would have to be live-in, full-time. Have you tried nannyjob? Or any local places nannies are likely to hang out like school gate or toddler groups?

Hello, my name is Diana, and I am a qualified SEN teacher. I used to work as an au-pair/nanny/housekeeper for the past 4 years. I live in East London and I am currently looking for a nanny job. I am Romanian and have the right to work in the UK. Please contact me, should you be interested in having a chat/interview.
Also, a good place to start looking for a nanny would be Gumtree. Alot of nannies are looking for jobs there. Have a great day!
