What changes are you going to make in 2011?

Hi everyone 2011 is HERE !!

As I look back and will be making some changes to the way I run my business this year (childminder)

I will be putting into operation my late payment and late collection fees, if necessary. I have charged for these but should have been a little firmer with the times i have just let it go.

I will be putting together a special package for ad hoc and emergency childminding. What have you put in yours if you have one?

What changes do you need to make?

I stopped doing evening meal at the start of December and also introduced a late payment fee.

I'm looking forward to seeing all my mindees again but not looking forward to spending today cleaning and sorting the toys/ pushchair/ highchairs/ car seats ready to start again on Tuesday!
