The mince pies, mulled wine, cava, OJ, AJ, grapes (to be cut up), jaffa cakes and iced gems are all packed

I need to add baking trays, serving dishes, serviettes, cups and teatowels

I guess I'll need tea, coffee, sugar & milk

What have I forgotten?

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I'm impressed with both Katy & Blondes - my idea of hell. I'd love the party and I'd happily organise it all - but I woudn't want to do the food.

Katy I wouldn't worry about finding another present, there's bound to be at least one no-show with the weather as it is - just hop it's gender/age appropriate!

I hope both your parties go really well Xmas Smile

KatyMac · 19/12/2010 08:00

All sorted - I have a cupboard of 'presents' so I managed it; under 5's are no problem but the over 5's are difficult Grin

Katy does that include your own kids' Xmas presents or is the 66 just for the party?
I'm in awe. Blondes and Katy - I hope you parties go well. That's a lot of organising!

KatyMac · 19/12/2010 08:37

Well DD gets a present from FC today - just like everyone else (I couldn't leave her out)

She is getting a lion washmitt & a bracelet; this is about the 4th present as stuff kept happening Xmas Hmm

Normally I give presents to the parents too, but the children haven't finished them and Father Christmas won't have time for them as well

Blondeshavemorefun · 19/12/2010 10:10

it is hell and bloody hard work and tbh i do wonder why i do it every year - have organized for last 15years or so

daddy blondes is fc and all kids do enjoy it,which is why i do it, but its a lot of effort and i send many hours of my own time finding and buying wrapping paper/prizes/buying and cooking food

good luck katy mac :)

StarExpat · 19/12/2010 11:46

Sorry katy I meant were your dc Xmas presents for Xmas included in that? I can see not... Wow! Do you still have those to do?

KatyMac · 19/12/2010 11:50

I know Blondes, I sometimes feel that way

But the parents love & the children do too, as will the staff

Don't worry Star the Xmas Hmm was at me - did you see this thread

Katy DShas had a few early presents due to us not putting one away then dh thinking that a tree should have a few presents under it for decoration... And that a 2 yo would leave them alone... Hmm
then seeing Santa a few times unexpectedly when out and about.

I hope the party goes well. Do you cm at a different location? Or is party at a different place?

KatyMac · 19/12/2010 14:02
