Two adorable babies are looking for a nanny to share next May/June. The babies will both one, any recommendations on the best way of finding a nanny or are there any nannies out there who are looking for work. We are looking for a nanny who will be able to look after our babies 3 consecutive days as week. References will be required. Many Thanks!!

You should think about going through an agency as they'll have people on their books with experience of "multiples" which effectively this is, day to day. Its a lot of work having two the same age and often you'll pay a little more, say 1/3 salary again for the fact there are two children aged 1. (As opposed to a newborn and a 3 yr old, for instance).
