If i was to drop off a child at Nursery and collect again, what do i charge in this time? No fee, half fee or full fee???

Juliaemma - Dd's childminder told me she always charged full price as she couldn't get another child into that small time slot (3 or 4 hours).

And I presume that you'd have to be on call during that time in case anything happened to the child, so it's reasonable to charge for it.

I think my childminder charges for this time too.

If on call, most childminders charge as they can't fill the space. That's what I will do when the children here reach that age!
