Signing up new family - help please!

Hi

I have started minding one little girl age 3 half days 5 days a week and a 15 month old one morning a week

Now the problem is this.....

I am only 1 lesson in to the ICP course and dont have a clue really about contracts, permission forms etc

Now obviously I want to be proffessional straight away not just when I have "learnt" how to do it properly!

Could you lovely experienced ladies give me a list of what I need to do with each of the parents as far as contracts, permission slips, information on child etc

Also if anyone had any copies of the forms they use I would be eternally grateful if they could be sent via email.

Pecka - does that mean you're all sorted now?

Sorted as in registered?

Pecka - no, sorted as in getting copies of forms-to-fill-in (permission forms etc.)

Oh, sorry - I am terribly blonde sometimes! LOL
