Started doing my planning.

Apart from the activities what else needs to be included?

It's OK to loosely plan activities and events but really before you start planning you need to establish the childs starting points this can be through informatin gathering from parents/other settings and then, you can then link this to the where the child is on the learning and development assessment scale. You can then plan activities around the child's interests and also include any festivals which are relevant. The EYFS learning and development guidance has some good ideas to include to help children meet developmental milestones and ideas for next steps as well.

Hopefuly this makes sense, its easier to do it than explain it :)
