Hi

I am having trouble finding a childminder who could do drop off and pick ups from a school in the S6 area from January.

Have tried direct gov site and sheffinfolink have also contacted some local nurseries to see if thy do school runs.

The ones I have tried who do the school are full.

Any suggestions for further lines of enquiry would be welcome.

Thanks

Also phone the number on direct gov site as not all childminders are listed online - they can email/post a hard copy with the full list.

also worth trying netmums - they have local childcare boards, you can view other listings and post your own requirements.
Try The sheffield forum (www.sheffieldforum.co.uk) as well, think there are threads on there somewhere with childminders listed...not sure how up to date that is though. But also agree childcare.co.uk is good - although there is a charge to acess contact details I think , but you can at least have a browse for free.
Good luck
