Nanny in Battersea / Clapham from Feb 2010

Not sure if this is the right forum, but what is the best way to find a nanny to work 3 days a week Monday - Wednesday from Feb next year to look after both my kids?
Does anyone know of a nanny share that would work? i'd really like not to have to pay an agency, and therefore if anyone has any contacts in the Clapham / Battersea / Wandsworth area i would be really grateful.
