C.M.'s what do I do next?

One of my mindees left recently due to starting private nursery full time. I have her learning journery which is almost complete.

Do I need to delete all pictures which I have of her?

Never had to hand over a learning journey before so it all new to me.

How do you keep in all simple but including all the information?

Yes you hand over the LJ to the parents.

You should also delete all pictures held on your PC or other places. (by the way, did you know if we store/take pix on camera/phone/pc - its now confirmed we have to register with the ICO - £35 per year).

I do keep one or two printed photos which go into the scrap book - our memories books. Parents are aware of this and sign to say yes thats ok.

To keep the LJ simple..... is there such a thing - we all do it so differently. I have development matters grids in the front that I mark off - I also for one child have Flying Start info etc.
