well, so far so good with the b4 and after schoolie, I've been paid and didn't have to ask for it (yay!) and he's seems to be getting on with my lad even though he is in same class at school.

I want to do activities with them but they don't seem keen at 8 yrs - 'sticking is for girls and gay' apparently (not my ds' words I may add!) [hshock].

Any one have tips of other things that don't cost the earth (preferably free) that you don't need to travel on bus/in car to that you can do on a wet day and that 8 year old lads won't find 'gay'.

I am hoping that the weather is ok and they can go out on bikes or go to football training that Manchester City run for free each day. [hhmm]
