Please would you let me know. Specifically the Cambridge area, but I'm sure its much the same in other areas of the UK.

I've just been sent the CV of one looking for £10 net per hour which seems to be way too high.

Many thanks

£10 net per hour is London rates!

I'm in Herts and for an experienced nanny you would be looking at around £8.50 net (just under £11 gross)

Depends on the nanny. For part time especially negotiate in gross as nanny may have another job using her tax free allowance.

Hi I'm on the S.Cambs / Beds / N. Herts border and I pay £8.50 per hour gross. Would like to put it up a bit though.

If you're looking for a part-time nanny, my DCs utterly fantastic and ultra- experienced part-time nanny is looking for more work...

Ooooooh! We're looking for 3 days a week in a village just south of Cambridge. Where does your nanny live Paris??

She lives near Sandy, Beds. but has worked in some of the S. Cambs villages before. She's looking for 2 or 3 days a week, and she's wonderful.

Can I put you in touch with her somehow?

Just realised that I can send you a MN email thingy.
