What to include in vistiors book, thanks

Hi I have mentioned that I need a visitors book before. I am a childminder.

May just have a signing in sheet.

What would you include in this?
Date
Who visted
Too see who?

Any suggetions? Assessor coming tomorrow may ask to sign in.

I've got rid of mine following the thread where everyone was saying that the inspector said it wasn't needed :)

When I had one it had:

Date
Name of visitor(s)
Reason for visit
Time In
Time Out

I'm soooo not going to bother any more :)

I am being assessed during my NVQ3 qual. One day the assessor asked me if I had a visitor's book? She wanted to sign it???

She may ask me for it tomorrow,
