Hi one of my mindees has just left. Due to having lots to do I am getting her learning journey ready for her parents.

Its taken a while but looking good.

Do you take a copy for yourself (show Ofsted etc) or do you just hand it all over?

Doing NVQ3 online and want to show it to the assessor before I hand it over. Mum knows this.

Any advice on what your have or would do?

THANKS Smile

Hand it over, Ofsted are only interested in current mindees and their learning journeys.

You would need permission from the parent to keep a copy.
I have kept a copy of one of my ex-mindees - purely for the fact that I am a support minder and its handy to show others how I collate and display the information. Ofsted are only interested in current minded children as well.

The copy has faces and identifying features blanked out as well.
