I am struggling with finding a mothers help for 1 or 2 days a week. Being flexible on days and even hours, I am finding that there are lots of nannies and au pairs but not much inbetween. I have a 4.5 year old who is in school and will have a newborn in a week or so so what I need is someone who can come in the morning, help out with washing and tidying and cooking, take the baby out for a walk so that I can catch up on sleep, do homework with my daughter when she gets back from school, give her dinner, help with bathing. It is a live out position. Am I being unrealistic or is there someone out there?
