I do, just started with them. What would you like to know?

They have been very slow in getting things to me. I have had to chase a number of times since the beginning of September with no response to email and promises they haven't upheld by phone. I just want to know if this is a regular occurrence or just busy season.

I joined at the beginning of September too. It has been a bit slow, but I have always got a good response on the phone and so far they seem quite good. I think it must be busy for them now but I have been quite pleased with their responses when I have spoken to them..... Sorry , not much help!
