I need to find a school pick up childminder

Hi,
I am in desperate need to find a local childminder to pick up my children from school. I've looked on all obvious places, posted ads, without much luck. Any suggestions? There seems to be a lack of childminders doing pick ups from my childrens school (William Ransom, Hitchin), but plenty serving other schools. Do they exist? Why can't I find any? Any suggestions?

ask at your school one of the teachers might know a cm who picks up from your school

give local FIS call or ask at SureStart area

Ask the school office - they always know everything

Quite few on here that say they do pick ups from various schools.
