What's the best way to find an au-pair?

Hi. I'm looking for an au pair to start this month. Ideally, I'd prefer if she was already in the UK.
What is the best way to find them?
Websites? Adverts? Agencies?
Any advice please?

Try www.gumtree.co.uk or www.aupair-world.net but specify they must be in the UK already so available for interview
