I'm doing my long term planning and except for Chinese New Year I've not put a single non-British/christian celebration on it Confused, please could you help with ideas for topics/themes etc?

At the moment I am minding a nearly 1y/o and a nearly 2y/o, any help at all would be greatly received, thanks!

Rosh Hashannah - Jewish new year is Sep 8-10th. They traditionally eat apples dipped in honey to wish for a happy and sweet new year.

Diwali is always a good one. Festival of lights, interesting stories, good food Grin. It falls on Nov 5th this year, so along with fireworks and bonfires should go down a treat.
