Manny Poppins - the next SuperNanny style TV show

Oh dear, it's that time of year again when the TV producers around the globe start thinking it would be different to do a show featuring a male nanny.

So guess what that means... yep my phone rings, I get e-mail.

It's Canadian it's not even a British TV show. Are there not any male nannies in Canada? Maybe not. Maybe they want a british nanny, so they too can have 'SuperManny Canada'.

I do wonder how this sort of thing differs from the old freek show tents of bygone years.

"Oh look, it's a male nanny... catch him and put him in a cage house with unruly kids."

AIBU in not wanting much involvement with this sort of thing?

No I don't think you are unreasonable at all Nick, however be flattered that you have been asked - you are obviously famous!
I do think more needs to be done to promote the excellence and what male childcarers can bring to the job though, so if it was a Brit show then I perhaps would say yes - go for it!
