Have you tried advertising on plymouth gumtree, or nettmums? I am a nanny and mummy myself! I am struggling to find any local nanny work! hope you find someone soon

I am struggling to find any local nanny work! hope you find someone soon. you could also try www.childcare.co.uk, loads of nannies advertising on there! You will have too pay to send messages to them. Try Antionettes nanny agency, then you will pay a finders fee!

Oooh, Callington. That's a lovely part of the world isn't it.

Have no idea on the childcare though, sorry.

Hi Janfit. I am down near Hayle, in Cornwall so I would suggest advertising in the Cornishman and/or West Britain/Cornish Guardian etc, which is think should be up your way. Try the local post offices, putting little notices in the shops etc, as quite often other mum's may be looking for part-time work, even the parents in your own children's school may be interested. Ask around. Also try your local job centre, i saw several listings on there at the minute for people in a similar situ. Shame i'm too far away. But good luck. Michelle xx

Might it be worth trying Duchy college to see if any of their chilcare students may be able to help? probably a bit of a long shot as it's currently the holidays, but it may be worth a try.
